Tested S10 with 3 chargers of different protocols
The Apple (A1695) charger, 18W power, support PD fast charge protocol, charge Samsung S10+, voltage 9.02V, current 1.42A, power 12.9W, turn on PD fast charge.
Samsung (EP-TA200) charger, power 15W, support AFC fast charge, charge Samsung S10+, voltage 9.03V, current 1.62A, power 14.69W, turn on AFC fast charge.

S10+ full charge charge changes. As can be seen from the above figure, the three different fast-charge chargers charge almost the same when charging the Samsung S10+.
Half an hour: Samsung S10+ original charger is charged 38%, Apple 18W PD charger is charged 39%, and 24W QC charger is charged 40%.
One hour: Samsung S10+ original charger is charged 75%, Apple 18W PD charger is charged 77%, and 24W QC charger is charged 78%.
The whole process takes time: Samsung S10+ original charger 1 hour 59 minutes, Apple 18W PD charger 1 hour 58 minutes, 24W QC charger 1 hour 57 minutes.

Summary:
As the charging performance, Samsung S10+ adopts USB-C interface and supports three fast charging protocols of PD, QC and AFC. It has wide compatibility and is very convenient when selecting charging accessories. After the full charge test, it was found that the Samsung S10+ is charged by the PD charger or by the QC and AFC chargers. Но пожалуйста — уточните мне — будет ли у обычного S10 работать быстрая зарядка с этой зарядкой на возможный максимум быстрой зарядки для этого аппарата? Поясню. Вроде после одного из недавних обновлений S10 поддерживает быструю зарядку 25W. У этой зарядки максимум 45W. То есть она выдаст для S10 максимум 15 W, а на 25 W не сможет переключиться, а 45 просто сожжёт аппарат? Так? И ещё вопрос — 15 W она выдаст в режиме обычной, или быстрой зарядки (думаю быстрой, но не уверен). Заранее спасибо!

За алгоритмы не скажу. Не разбирался. Но знаю точно, ничего зарядка не спалит. Ибо БП и телефон договариваются о режимах зарядки. Ток зарядки определяет само устройство, если БП может обеспечить большой ток. Если БП слабый, то БП ограничит ток и просто время зарядки увеличится. У меня есть зарядка MeiZU c поддержкой QC 3 (там напряжения 5, 9, 12 вольт) и я ей заряжаю все устройства. Все подряд. Если устройство будет поддерживать QC 3, то БП и устройство договорятся и выберут режим зарядки. Если же нет, то зарядка будет работать как обычная 5 вольт 2А.
Поэтому не переживайте. ничего не сгорит. Пр зарядке БП и устройство сами договорятся о режиме быстрой зарядки. Выберут тот который оба устройства поддерживают. Если не договорятся, то будет обычный режим 5 вольт..

- Можно использовать любые адаптеры, поддерживающие стандарт Qi начиная от 5 Вт (5 В * 1 А). А не спрашивать, есть ли у вас зарядка для «новых Самсунгов».
- Это просто прогрессивно. Говорят, что в будущем нас ждут смартфоны, которым вообще не понадобятся провода.
Если зарядка не работает и другие возможные проблемы
- Ваш Samsung Galaxy S10 разрядился до 0%, выключился и не заряжается беспроводной зарядкой. Такое может происходить при использовании адаптера небольшой мощности (5 Вт). Попробуйте поменять кабель USB или воспользоваться для «раскачки» обычной проводной зарядкой.
- Смартфон не заряжается от беспроводного адаптера в чехле. Действительно, расстояние, на котором действуют современные устройства стандарта Qi, сравнительно невелико. А наличие дополнительной преграды может дополнительно ослаблять поле адаптера. Выньте смартфон из чехла.
- Во время зарядки Galaxy S10 сильно нагревается. Попробуйте закрыть все работающие приложения и перевести аппарат в режим энергосбережения.
- Зарядка идет очень медленно. Скорее всего, вы используете дешевый неоригинальный адаптер.
Возвращаясь к первому случаю. Часто проблемы с беспроводной зарядкой Samsung Galaxy S10 и других смартфонов возникают не из-за самого зарядного устройства, а из-за кабеля USB. Дело в том, что кабели имеют разное сопротивление. Лучше использовать более дорогие рассчитанные на больший ток.

Fastest charging cables for the Samsung Galaxy S10, S10 Plus, and S10e
The Samsung Galaxy S10 smartphones were far from the first Galaxy phones to sport USB-C charging ports, but some charging cables work faster than others.
A few years ago Qualcomm announced Quick Charge, a technology it has embedded in its mobile processors. In basic terms, phones with Quick Charge technology should take less time to charge. Qualcomm’s technology is now on version 4+, but the Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, and Galaxy S10 Plus all support the older Quick Charge 2.0 standard, which means these phones have an upper limit of 15W for charging. The Galaxy S10 5G, however, supports Quick Charge speeds at up to 25W.

If you are also concerned about data transfer speeds, this cable can support transfers of up to 10Gbps.
Anker has given this cable a lifetime warranty. This cable costs a bit more than other charging cables of the same length, but it can easily serve as the only USB-C charging cable you’ll ever need.
Belkin USB-A to USB Type-C charging cable
This cable is for those of you still using an older USB-A external battery or a USB-A car charger, but also need a fast charging USB-C cable for your Galaxy S10 or other device. This Belkin charging cable comes in a standard PVC version, which is supposed to last over 8,000 bends. However, you can also get the braided version of the cable, which can last even longer. It is designed to handle over 10,000 bends.
You can choose from 3.3 feet or 6.6 feet versions of the Belkin cable on Amazon, and comes in white and black colors.
Amazon Basics double-braided nylon cable
The Amazon Basics double-braided nylon cable produces a power output of up to 3 amps or 5V for a fast and reliable charge. It’s perfect for connecting two USB-C devices and you can transfer music, photos, and data at up to 10Gbps. The double-braided nylon also provides better protection as you take your charger through your everyday life.
Amazon Basics offers the USB-C to USB-C nylon cable in one-foot and three-foot lengths in red, gold, silver, and dark gray. Amazon Basics isn’t always the most trusted brand for electronics, but for simple things like fast charging cables it’s a great choice to save a few bucks.
Anker 100W Thunderbolt 3.0 cable
The 1.6-foot Anker 100W cable is a go-to choice if you want the fastest charging and data transfer speeds for your Samsung Galaxy S10 smartphone and other devices. As the name suggests, it supports 100W speeds for compatible devices. Unfortunately, that doesn’t include the Samsung Galaxy S10 due to the QuickCharge 2.0 standard, but it does mean you can charge laptops quickly at top speed. The Anker cable also allows for data transfer at blistering speeds of up to 40Gbps.
Nekteck USB 3.1 Gen. 2 cable
Nekteck matches Anker’s fastest charging cable for the Samsung Galaxy s10 with 100W output speeds and up to 10Gbps of data transfer. While the slower data transfer can be inconvenient, the Nekteck cable doubles Anker’s length at three feet long. It also offers better speed than USB 3.0 cables and 4K video transfer. That said, the build quality isn’t quite as good.
