TWS наушники JBL: не работает один наушник, не подключаются по Bluetooth, не заряжаются

Эта статья будет полностью посвящена решению разных проблем с беспроводными TWS наушниками JBL. Как правило, в случае с раздельными наушниками (они же TWS) проблема одна – когда к телефону, компьютеру, или другому устройству подключается только один наушник. Соответственно работает только один наушник, правый или левый. А второй наушник не работает. С наушниками JBL такое тоже бывает. Решения, в зависимости от модели наушников, могут быть разные. Так же бывают другие проблемы с подключением по Bluetooth. Например, когда тот же телефон, или другое устройство не видит наушники JBL, или они не подключаются (ошибка в процессе подключения) .

Решения, которые мы рассмотрим ниже, подойдут ко всем наушникам JBL формата TWS. Это те модели, где два Bluetooth наушника раздельно. Их у JBL очень много: Tune 215TWS, Tune 225TWS, Tune 110, Tune 120, Tune 125, Tune 220, JBL C100, Live 300TWS, Live Free NC+, Free II, Live Pro+, UA True Wireless Streak, Reflect Flow, Free X, Club Pro+. В целом это достаточно качественные и надежные наушники. То, что иногда перестает играть один наушник – проблема скорее именно формата TWS и неправильной эксплуатации. Бывает, что просто происходит рассинхронизация наушников между собой, после чего работает только одно ухо, а второе не подключается.

Перестал играть правый или левый наушник JBL

Чаще всего любые проблемы с подключением наушников решаются разрывом сопряжения (удаляем наушники на устройстве) и повторным подключением. Ели это не помогло, нужно выполнить синхронизацию наушников между собой. Для этого нужно либо 3-5 раз нажать на кнопку на наушниках, либо сделать сброс наушников JBL. Давайте рассмотрим все решения более подробно.

1. Удаляем наушники на устройстве

Это очень важно! Перед тем как применять любое решение, нужно сначала удалить наушники в настройках Bluetooth на своем смартфоне, планшете, ноутбуке или другом устройстве. На всех устройствах, с которыми вы сопрягали наушники (которые есть по близости) .

Сделать это не сложно:

1. Откройте настройки Bluetooth на вашем телефоне или другом устройстве.
2. В списке подключенных устройств найдите свои наушники JBL.
3. Откройте меню (свойства) . Нужно либо нажать на название наушников, либо на меню (три точки) , либо на значок (i) (на Айфоне) .
4. Дальше выберите «Удалить», «Удалить устройство», или «Забыть это устройство».
5. После этого положите оба наушника в кейс (если они вне кейса) на 10 секунд.
6. Извлеките их из кейса, подождите еще секунд 10-20.
7. Заново подключите наушники JBL к своему устройству.

Если это не помогло (продолжает работать только один наушник) , то снова их удалите и попробуйте применить другие решения.

2. Синхронизация наушников JBL между собой

1. Обязательно удалите наушник на устройстве (об этом я писал выше) .
2. Установите наушники в зарядной кейс на 10 секунд и достаньте их.
3. Одновременно сделайте три нажатия на кнопки на правом и левом наушнике.
4. Наушники должны соединится между собой (чаще всего индикатор мигает белым и синим цветом на обеих наушниках, а затем синим на одном, но это зависит от модели, у вас может быть по-другому) . Именно такой способ работает на Tune 125, Tune 225, JBL Free X и т. д.
5. Можно подключать наушники к телефону.

Если не сработало:

• Попробуйте нажать на кнопку 5 раз. Одновременно на правом и левом наушнике. Точно работает на JBL C100TWS.
• Попробуйте после нажатия на кнопки поставить наушник в кейс на 10 секунд, после чего извлечь наушники из кейса и подключить к телефону.

Но на некоторых моделях нужно нажать 5 раз, так что пробуем оба варианта. И не забывайте перед этим удалять сопряжение с наушниками на телефоне!

3. Сброс настроек

Положительных отзывов об этом решении не много, а в инструкции от JBL вообще нет информации по сбросу настроек, но можно попробовать.

1. Удаляем наушники в настройках Bluetooth на устройстве.
2. Достаем оба наушника из кейса и одновременно зажимаем кнопки на 50-80 секунд (пробуйте по-разному, так как конкретной информации нет) .
3. После этого кладем наушник обратно в кейс.
4. Через секунд 10-20 достаем наушники и ждем еще секунд 10.
5. Соединяем их со своим устройством.

Почему не заряжаются наушники JBL?

Бывает, что перестает заряжаться либо только правый или левый наушник, либо оба наушника. Причин, конечно, может быть много. Так же бывает, что один наушник садится быстрее чем другой. Об этом я уже писал.

1. Обязательно зарядите сам кейс. Если возникли проблемы с зарядкой кейса, попробуйте использовать другой кабель и подключить его к другому источнику питания.
2. На кейсе и наушниках есть контакты, через которые наушники соединяются с кейсом. Проверьте их.
   Можно протереть контакты ватным диском, намочив его спиртом.
3. Обратите внимание на то, как ведет себя индикатор на кейсе и на наушнике (наушниках) после установки в кейс.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range

If that doesn’t work, the earbud is probably faulty, and I can go for a refund or replacement of it.

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has a low volume

If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

The microphone is not working

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:

If the microphone is muted, check the device microphone volume. If that doesn’t work, that means that there might be a defect in the earbud, so try replacing them or get a refund.

The earbuds are not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC

If the earbuds are earbuds not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices >>> then activate pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and connect earbuds from Settings >>> Bluetooth & other devices >>> Add a new device >>>> elect Bluetooth,

Ничего из вышеперечисленного не помогло мне синхронизировать наушники JBL T100 TWS. У меня постоянно мигает на левом (не главном) наушнике бело-синим индикатором.

Наушники одной модели. Потерял левый, купил новые-потерял правый. Теперь у меня правый и левый, но с разных кейсов. Можно ли их синхронизировать? Если да то как? Играют по отдельности. В смартфоне подключены как два разных устройства. Заранее спасибо

JBL Under Armour True Wireless Streak Black. Вот мои рабочие лошадки. Работали на отлично, пока не потеряли друг друга. Ничего из предложенного в инете не помогало. Решил сам: открыл кейс, (наушники не доставал).нажал на оба наушника двумя пальцами примерно на минуту. За это время наушники пропали из списка доступных подключений. Достал их И вуаля. Произошёл сброс и дальше я по новой сделал сопряжение.

JBL T100TWS.Отключите от всех блютузов, что бы они не были нигде не подключены. положите в кейс на несколько секунд. Достанте наушники, 5 раз нажмите кнопку одновременно на двух наушниках. Индикаторы на них должны погаснуть (у меня так было). Положите обратно в кейс. Снова достаньте, подключите к телефону или т.п. и вуаля))))

And we understand your frustration. Trust us, we’ve been there. The good news is that, in most cases, this is a fairly easy issue to solve, so don’t give up on your earbuds just yet.

Today we’ll be looking at how to fix JBL’s Live Free NC+ TWC earbud and what you can do if you notice that one earbud isn’t working. Let’s get straight into it!

How to Fix JBL Live Free NC+ TWS One Earbud Not Working:

Factory Reset Your JBL Live Free NC+ TWS Earbuds

Before resetting your device, the first thing you want to do is turn off Bluetooth on any previously connected device.

Now to reset JBL Live Free NC+, you will need to place both earbuds in the case and then hold the button on the back of the case for 5 seconds. The LED indicator in the charging case should blink red, indicating your earbuds have been reset.

Close the case’s lid and open it back up to place them in pairing mode. Now connect to your device, and they should both now be working.

If this didn’t solve the issue, with both earbuds in the case, double tap the button on the back of the case to reconnect the left & right earbuds.

Remove the Ear tips To Clean the speakers

This may seem like a strange solution, however, believe it or not, this is the most common solution and is quite simple. All you would need to do is remove the rubber ear tip off of the earbud that isn’t working. Next, blow on the speakers and place the ear tips back and test it out.

If this hasn’t worked, you’ll want to remove the earbud tips again, but this time you’ll want to safely remove the cover in front of the earbuds speakers using a tool; you’ll want to ensure you don’t damage the piece while doing so. Now blow into it, ensuring you clean out any debris or built-up dust within, and place the cover back in as well as the ear tips.

Now place your earbuds in pairing mode and test it out.

“Forget” Your Earbuds From Your Device’s Bluetooth List

The next solution is a simple one. You’ll want to go into your device’s Bluetooth list and “forget” your JBL earbuds.

The reason for this is because a common issue that tends to happen is your earbuds may be trying to establish a connection with a previously connected device (even if the device’s Bluetooth is turned off). As a result, it experiences issues entering pairing mode, thus unsuccessfully pairs to one another.

You’ll also want to do this to any previously connected device. Then reset your earbuds as shown above and re-connect them back to your device.

The Earbud Tips Are Preventing Your Earbuds From Resting on the Charging Pins

You’ll notice three pin connectors on the opposite side of your earbuds; this is what sits on your charging pin connectors in order to charge your device or establish a connector. If these connectors and properly resting on the charging pins, there will be an error when pairing with your device. There are a few instances where this may be the case, one of which is if the ear tips are improperly placed, thus preventing your earbuds from correctly resting on the charging pins.

The Charging Case & Earbuds Need to be Cleaned

As mentioned above, when the earbud connectors aren’t correctly placed on the charging case, your earbuds won’t be able to pair with one another. And a very common reason for this occurrence among wireless earbuds is built-up dust or debris on the charging ports or earbuds.

You’ll want to clean the charging ports and ensure nothing is blocking the earbud’s connectors from resting correctly on the charging pins located in the case.

Update Your JBL Earbud’s Firmware

JBL earbuds have regular firmware updates in order to fix any ongoing issues, or bugs that may occur. Running on old software may be the reason you’re earbuds are unable to pair successfully with one another.

You can check if your earbuds have a software update available by downloading the “JBL Headphones” app on the app store or google play store. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your device. Once complete, click on your earbuds. If an update is available, you’ll notice an orange circle, simply select it and click on install to go through with the update.

Check Both Earbud’s Battery Status

A common issue that tends to happen among true wireless earbuds is that one earbud may not be charging. The main cause of this is typically due to the fact that the earbuds aren’t correctly resting on the charging pins. And as a result of this, one of your earbuds may be completely drained. You can check up on the device’s battery status via the “JBL Headphones” app. This can be downloaded via the app store or the Google Play store, depending on the device you own.

Once you follow the on-screen instructions to set up your device, go to the home page and select your earbuds. You’ll see the battery status of both earbuds on the top center, underneath your earbuds image, then ensure both earbuds are charged, then continue to the next step. If one earbud’s battery is completely drained, then that is your issue. Simply ensure it rests correctly in the charging pins, then re-pair them to your device once charged.

Fully Drain Your Earbud’s Batteries

This is an unconventional method, but it is definitely one worth trying. Start off by turning off Bluetooth on your device, next “forget your earbuds on all connected devices via your device’s Bluetooth list. Now simply remove the earbuds from the charging case and allow them both to drain completely. Now place them back in the case and push the button on the back of the case twice to pair them to one another. Now connect them to your device and see if this solves the issue.
