Кажется, ещё недавно я впервые распаковывал Xbox One X. А тут и новое поколений консолей подоспело. Время летит быстро.
Вместе с ним всё сильнее угасает желание вообще играть. Нет, я по-прежнему читаю новости, форумы, некоторые вечера провожу с клавиатурой или геймпадом в руках. Но чтобы бежать в магазин, следить за таймером выхода очередного хита на дашборде консоли и душой болеть за любимые серии – нет уже такого.
Сын, работа, дела домашние и вообще другие интересы сами собой выбивают былой геймерский дух, и это абсолютно нормально. Поэтому я обожаю Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
Потому что когда желание есть, я в два клика погружаюсь в какой-нибудь топовый хит или неизвестную ранее инди-игру, не читая обзоры и чужие мнения. Какая мне разница, если всё уже оплачено? Только фан и ничего лишнего.
Второй год я пользуюсь этим сервисом Microsoft. Он позволил сэкономить мне десятки тысяч рублей и свободно поиграть в то, что я вряд ли бы стал покупать в противном случае. Да, он даже на MacBook пригодился. Но обо всём по порядку…
Как работает подписка Xbox Game Pass
Если вы не в курсе, Xbox Game Pass от Microsoft – это онлайн-сервис проката игр для консолей Xbox One. Пока подписаны, можете свободно качать и запускать любую из доступных. Что-то вроде Apple Music или Apple Arcade, но для консоли.
В рамках Game Pass доступны сотни игр для приставки, в том числе даже те, которые когда-то выходили для самого первого Xbox и теперь запускаются в режиме эмуляции.
Список тайтлов изменяется раз в месяц, иногда чаще. Обновляется он не полностью: что-то уходит, что-то приходит, а некоторое остаётся годами. То, что не успели скачать, исчезает из библиотеки, но становится доступным для покупки с большой скидкой. Сохранения не удаляются.
Главная сила Game Pass в том, что в нём постоянно появляются действительно топовые игры. То есть настоящие AAA-блокбастеры, чьи названия греют душу не только заядлым геймерам, но и многим, кто следит за индустрией постольку-поскольку.
За последние 2 года регулярный подписчик Game Pass с консолью Xbox One получал:

Список просто навскидку, я однозначно очень многое забыл.
Вместо того, чтобы платить по несколько тысяч рублей за каждую игрушку, с подпиской я мог установить всё это без доплаты, просто так. Там минимум 30 тысяч сэкономленных рублей!
Более того, некоторые игры появляются в Game Pass немедленно в день релиза. Это касается всего, что выпускает Microsoft Game Studios: серия Gears Of War, Halo, Forza Motorsport, Sea of Thieves и так далее. А с недавних пор — и хитов от других издателей. Например, именно так я поиграл в The Outer Worlds, запустив её секунда в секунду с мировым стартом продаж.
Чем отличается Ultimate от обычного Game Pass
Скажем так, это дополнительный слой привилегий сверху обычного Game Pass.
Вы получаете Xbox Live Gold на весь срок подписки. Это обязательный сервис для игры в интернете с консолей Xbox One, без него нельзя запустить любой мультиплеер. Отдельно Gold стоит около 3500 рублей в год.
В рамках Xbox Live Gold проводятся закрытые распродажи в магазине игр, а некоторые из них даже раздаются на ограниченный срок. Это называется Games with Gold. Правда, «халявных игр» в голде лишь единицы. Пользователя Ultimate этот момент не смутит, это будет просто как вишенка на торте.
В Ultimate включены игры для Windows. Да, для компьютера – на самой распространённой операционке в мире.
Список игр для Windows лишь местами пересекается с остальным пакетом Game Pass. Помимо мультиплатформенных хитов Microsoft, вроде Gears 5 или Forza Horizons 4, в топовой версии подписки были:

Пользоваться Game Pass Ultimate на ПК очень просто: скачиваете бесплатное приложение Xbox из Microsoft Store, открываете и забираете всё, что нравится. Никаких ограничений нет, просто нажимаете Установить – и вперёд.
К сожалению, в России отдельно не продаётся подписка на Windows-версию Game Pass. Получить доступ к компьютерным играм можно только с Ultimate. Некоторые обходят это ограничение, берут подписку за границей, и тут мне сказать нечего, кроме стандартного “гугл в помощь”.
Во что я успел поиграть с Game Pass за полтора года
Я уже давно не заядлый геймер, но благодаря Game Pass я познакомился с огромным количеством топовых и просто отличных игр, не потратив конкретно на них ни копейки.
Это классное ощущение. Вместо раздумий, кидать ли 3-5 тысяч рублей вслепую за то, что может не понравиться или закончиться буквально за несколько вечеров, я просто нажимаю Установить и играю. Не зашло – ну и ладно, удалил. В следующем месяце появится что-нибудь ещё, никаких разочарований.
Шикарная Gears of War 5, почти бесконечная Age of Empires II, вся серия Halo с улучшенной графикой, уникальная The Outer Worlds, отличный Метро: Исход, необычная Final Fantasy XV – лишь малый список того, что я просто скачал и утонул на многие часы.
Инди-игры тоже не отстают, с недавних пор Microsoft даже начала размещать хорошие тайтлы с ранним доступом, прямо как Steam. Из последнего, что запомнилось, советую Deliver Us To The Moon и Totaly Accurate Battle Simulator.
В экосистеме владельца ПК и Xbox One, Ultimate-подписку я считаю не просто выгодной, а обязательной. Огромный и постоянно пополняемый каталог игр здесь не пройдёшь за всю жизнь.
Думаю, к этому моменту у вас назрел вопрос: а что насчёт владельцев компьютеров Mac?
Я уже написал, что подписка и сами игры доступны только для Windows. Поэтому при наличии исключительно macOS и, скажем, PlayStation 4, а не Xbox One, от Game Pass Ultimate не будет никакого толка.
Но! Если вы владеете 15-дюймовым MacBook Pro 2018 и 2019 годов, 16-дюймовым MacBook Pro, Mac Pro или современным iMac с дискретной видеокартой, после установки Windows 10 через Bootcamp вы получаете точно такой же доступ к ПК-играм, как и, собственно, любой владелец ПК.
В этом плане я сильно удивлён производительностью 16-дюймового MacBook Pro в играх. Я без проблем, тормозов и перегревов прошёл на нём весь Gears 5 с миксом средних и высоких настроек, качался в FFXV, бегал в The Outer Worlds, прошёл несколько кампаний в AoE II, выпускал пар в TABS и заценил свежий Minecraft: Dungeons.
Forza Horizons 4 выглядит и идёт шикарно на пока что топовом ноуте Apple. Ещё Halo 2 перепрошёл, но он при желании и на тостере запустится.
Так что маководам без Xbox One, желающим поиграть на Windows, Game Pass Ultimate может оказаться как раз кстати. Подписался, наигрался и решил, продлять или нет. Не всегда же в Bootcamp будете сидеть.
Sony такого не сделала. А у Apple пока другой фокус
После такого долгого знакомства с Game Pass Ultimate, я не понимаю, почему Sony до сих пор ничем не ответила своему главному конкуренту. Уже полгода как отписался от PlayStation Plus. Плойка нашла другого владельца, зачем ей пыль собирать. Качество онлайн-сервисов у японского гиганта давно вызывает много вопросов, да и в самом PS+ никогда не появлялись топовые игры в день релиза.
Microsoft входит в новый виток консольных войн с поднятой головой, и я, владелец консолей Sony с 15-летним стажем, впервые не уверен, что вообще буду покупать новую PlayStation. При наличии Game Pass Ultimate, хитовые серии Microsoft я получу в первый же день даже на Xbox Series X. А если пересяду за MacBook на Bootcamp, то смогу продолжить играть в мультиплатформенные версии где угодно, с синхронизацией сохранений.
Несомненно, у Sony шикарные эксклюзивы, но до выхода PlayStation 5 инвестировать в эту экосистему я не вижу никакого смысла. Last of Us 2 никуда не денется, ещё и дешевле станет. А как карта ляжет к началу 2021 года, когда должны выйти обе новых консоли, никто не знает.
Что до Apple Arcade – думаю, тут сравнение бессмысленно. Платформа и игры в ней направлены на другую аудиторию и сценарии, что не есть плохо.
В России подписаться на Game Pass можно, купив карту доступа на 1, 3, 6 или 12 месяцев у любого крупного ретейлера. Список доступен на сайте Microsoft.
Стоимость Game Pass для Xbox One составляет от 599 рублей в месяц, а Ultimate – от 899 рублей в месяц.
Для меня Xbox Game Pass Ultimate стал маркером взрослеющего отношения к играм. Уже нет столько времени, как 10 лет назад. Нет желания раздувать себе библиотеку игр, многие из которых проходишь один раз и всё. А то, что какая-то из них недоступна прямо сейчас, перестало расстраивать. Ну и ладно, будто больше нечем другим заняться.
Свобода раз в месяц открывать огромный каталог, качать что захочу, играть и без тени сожаления забывать об этом – вот, имхо, главный плюс Game Pass и тем более Ultimate. Поэтому подписка на сервис у меня остаётся надолго.

Пару лет назад я уже писал материал подобного рода. Теперь я решил, что пора бы, следуя веяниям времени, выпустить его ремейк.
Во-первых, прошло уже целых 2 года. Тогда эта статья была одной из первых моих попыток писать что-то на DTF. Руку я уже поднабил, так что просто необходимо всю ту работу оформить в более подобающую обертку.
Во-вторых, у нас есть прекрасная возможность узнать как развивается Xbox Game Pass. Почему бы ею не воспользоваться?
По традиции начинаем со знакомства. Всем привет. Я основатель подсайта Xbox Live, щитпостер, автор статей и заметок, организатор розыгрышей и ивентов на нашей любимой площадке о котиках. Играю я на Xbox Series X, хотя и имею в своем консольном автопарке приставки Nintendo и Sony. ПК в обойме тоже найдется, но с годами я стал играть на нем значительно меньше.
В принципе, со всей уверенностью можно заявить, что все прелести разных платформ я познал, посему, имеючи определенный багаж знаний и опыта, с удовольствием рассказываю вам об одной из самых лучших видеоигровых подписок. Приступим к делу.
Платформа Microsoft известна своими сервисами. Сейчас на ней доступны следующие подписки:
- Xbox Live Gold
- Xbox Game Pass
- PC Game Pass
- EA Play
- Xbox Game Pass Ultimate
Все на самом деле проще, чем вам кажется. Live Gold — это ваш мультиплеер и несколько игр в подарок каждый месяц. EA Play — сборник проектов от EA, который доступен как на ПК, так и на приставке. Xbox Game Pass — каталог тайтлов для консоли, PCGP — подобная вещь, но уже для ПК. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate — все 4 подписки в одной. На ней мы и остановимся подробнее.
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate — это 453 игры для вашей консоли, 437 тайтлов для ПК и преимущества Live Gold. Цифры внушительные, но нужно понимать, что часть игр между библиотеками подписки для ПК и консоли повторяются, но и отличия между ними есть.
С годами различий стало меньше. Если игра есть и на ПК, и на Xbox, обе версии отправляются в каталог подписки. Очень часто, если разработчики озаботились поддержкой кросс-сейвов, вы еще и можете играть в определенные проекты, прыгая между платформами. Таким образом я поигрывал в очередной Day One релиз под названием Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty.
Впрочем, если вы играете только на ПК, присмотритесь к PC Game Pass. Live Gold вам все равно не нужен, EA Play в подписку для персональных компьютеров включена по умолчанию, а стоит все это великолепие заметно дешевле.
Сегодня вариантов оформить доступ к XGPU немного меньше чем раньше. Фактически, все свелось либо к услугам сторонних продавцов, либо к самостоятельной покупке с помощью, например, турецкой карты.
- Находим проверенного продавца на plati.ru или в тематических сообществах.
- Выбираем подходящий для себя вариант (месяц/полгода/год и т.д.).
- Оплачиваем привычной картой вашего банка.
- Даем доступ к вашему аккаунту.
- Наслаждаемся играми.
Несомненным плюсом данного способа является его простота. Вам не нужно иметь зарубежных карт или разбираться в преимуществах конвертации. Заплатили — получили. На момент написания статьи средняя цена такой услуги — 2200 рублей за 13 месяцев.
Все это дело можно разделить с другом как на ПК, так и на Xbox. Стоимость, соответственно, тоже.

- Приобретаем 30 дней Game Pass Ultimate
- Получаем 13 месяцев Ultimate
Оформив 12 месяцев Live Gold, мы конвертируем эту подписку в Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Способ действует до сих пор. Главное — не путать порядок активации.
Плюс у этого метода ровно один — цена. Все это обходится примерно в 400 лир. По 200 с носа. Но вам нужно иметь Oldubil, купить на него лиры и подготовить аккаунт, заимев на нем подходящий биллинг-адрес. Выбор, как и всегда, за вами.
У игр в подписке есть свои правила ротации, в зависимости от того, как именно они попадают в каталог. Можно выделить 3 способа.
- Игры от Microsoft
- Тайтлы сторонних издателей
- Проекты из EA Play
Игры от Microsoft всегда пополняют каталог в день релиза и никогда не покидают подписку. В исключениях лишь неизбежное. Например, окончание срока лицензии — этим грешат гоночные симуляторы. В таких случаях игра пропадает не только из библиотеки Game Pass, но и из цифровых магазинов.
Тайтлы сторонних издателей всегда прибывают на индивидуальных условиях. Были случаи, когда срок действия контракта заканчивался, тайтл прощался с геймпассом, а через некоторое время в него возвращался. Такое случалось с франшизой Yakuza.
Проекты из EA Play оседают в XGP надолго. Как правило, уже через пол года свежий релиз заходит в подписку и остается там навсегда.
Бояться ротации не стоит. Игры каждый день у вас забирать не будут. Обычно, это случается 2 раза в месяц. Вас об этом предупреждают за две недели и взамен добавляют примерно столько же новых наименований. Да и проекты Microsoft и Bethesda всегда будут с вами.
Четыре заветных слова, к которым мы уже так привыкли.
Для тех, кто не очень знаком с этим словосочетанием, поясню. Day One релизы — весомое преимущество XGP перед остальными подписочными сервисами. Часть игр пополняют каталог геймпасса в день своего выхода на платформе и без дополнительной платы. Для проектов Microsoft — это непреложное правило.
В 2023 году таких релизов набралось уже с пару десятков. Самыми заметными, пожалуй, оказались Monster Hunter: Rise, Hi-Fi Rush, Atomic Heart и Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. Вот-вот выйдет Minecraft Legends, а в мае — Redfall. Только от самих Майкрософт в этом году ожидаются Starfield и Forza Motorsport. Где-то там спрятались Hollow Knight: Silksong и еще пара-тройка дюжин игр сторонних издателей.
В феврале я уже прикидывал сколько примерно Game Pass помог сэкономить мне на свежих релизах. Результат меня порадовал.
Выглядит очень привлекательно. Не так ли? Не может же все быть настолько хорошо! Давайте проверим качественное наполнение заветной библиотеки.
Учитывая, что данный материал призван сравнить успехи XGPU за прошедшие два года, я воспользовался ровно теми же методами, что и в оригинальной статье.
[. ] Хочется узнать насколько [игры в Game Pass] хороши. Но ведь не будете же вы копаться вручную и искать что там и как. Нет, не будете. Потому что я уже это сделал за вас. Я вручную составил таблицу с играми, проставив напротив них год выхода и оценку на Метакритик. Получилось 342 позиции — часть в таблицу не попали из-за отсутствия оценки по причине малого количества обзоров. Но и без 21 игры картина складывается наглядная.
Сейчас я обязан сделать ремарку, обозначив подход, с которым эту таблицу составлял. Во-первых, практически все сборники были разбиты на отдельные игры с отдельной оценкой — это честнее, ведь вы получаете сразу несколько игр, загружая сборник. Во-вторых, ремастеры с обновленной графикой получили оценку и дату выхода оригинала. Как это повлияло на результат? Средний балл стал немного выше (все же, речь о списке из 342 игр, сильно тут на него не повлиять), а вот дата выхода изменилась в немного менее выгодную сторону — игры стали «старше». Я считаю это честным и справедливым. Тот же Halo: MCC — это сборник из нескольких игр, многие из которых вышли еще в нулевых, имеют очень высокую оценку, а отличаются от оригинала разрешением, текстурами и, иногда, синематиками. Более того, в некоторых играх серии буквально одной кнопкой можно включить оригинальную графику на лету. Поэтому смысла «омолаживать» игры в списке я не увидел. В-третьих, в некоторых играх пришлось выставить оценку другой платформы, либо пользовательскую. На это было несколько причин и самая банальная — отсутствие оценки под нужную платформу. Так же, если игра вышла на двух домашних консолях в один и тот же год, я ставил высший из этих двух баллов. Разница совсем не большая, 1-3 пункта, но я считаю немного странным, когда игра, не имеющая отличий в геймплее или контенте и вышедшая в один и тот же год на 2-х платформах, имеет 2 разные оценки из-за цвета коробки с диском. Одно дело Ninja Gaiden 2, другое — какой-нибудь симулятор или экшен. Да, бывает разница в графике или производительности, но у Майкрософт уже 2 поколения подряд И самая слабая, И самая мощная консоль. Как сравнивать-то будем?
Всего в Xbox Game Pass Ultimate для консоли находится 453 игры. После того, как я удалил из таблицы проекты, рейтинг которых на метакритике еще не сформировался, и разделил некоторые бандлы на отдельные тайтлы, у меня получился список из 390 позиций.
Учитывайте, что делалось все вручную, как и в первый раз. Возможны какие-то огрехи, но кардинально на общую картину им не повлиять.

Так или иначе, эти поправки лишь слегка повлияли на средний балл. Но среднее арифметическое — это довольно спорный и неоднозначный показатель. Судя по диаграмме, 78.7% тайтлов из списка находятся в зеленой зоне Metacritic, что является очень даже хорошим результатом. При этом, игр с оценкой уровня 8/10 и выше — целых 59.7%, что дает вам право спокойно говорить о том, что целых 60% каталога — очень хорошие игры.

Конвертация
В 2022 году многие вещи для геймеров стран СНГ стали сложнее: раньше вы просто могли зайти на сайт условного Эльдорадо, приобрести там Live Gold, активировать его, накатить сверху геймпасс и наслаждаться Game Pass Ultimate.
Сейчас же многие обзавелись турецкими карточками для самостоятельного оформления подписки или проверенными продавцами, предоставляющими услуги активации.
В целом, конечно, все не так здорово. Зато однозначно дешевле.
Ощутимого качественного скачка не случилось. Ни в отрицательную, ни в положительную сторону. Каталог пасса держит заданный уровень, стараясь предоставлять максимально вариативную библиотеку тайтлов для геймеров с любым видеоигровым вкусом.
В среднем по палате возраст проектов в XGPU остался примерно таким же. Всему виной ротация. Игры приходят и уходят с течением времени, стараясь встряхнуть подписку.
Хорошо это или плохо? Решать, наверное, вам. Я здесь лишь для того, чтобы визуализировать направление, заданное отвественными за этот продукт людьми.
Лично я ими доволен.
Теперь же давайте тезисно пробежимся по статье, чтобы изложить все выводы более наглядно.
- Библиотека заметно выросла за эти пару лет. С 363 до 453 тайтлов.
- В плане качества кардинальных изменений не произошло. 78.7% игр находятся в зеленой зоне Metacritic. В 2021 их было 75%.
- За два года процент игр с оценкой выше 89 баллов вырос с 7.6 до 10.5%
- В 2021 году подписка на 40% состояла из игр не старше двух лет. Сегодня доля таких проектов — 36%
- Свыше 50 Day One релизов в 2021, около 20 — с января по апрель 2023. В целом, темпы совсем не изменились.
- Конвертация стала не такой удобной. Теперь на территории РФ невозможно купить код в розничных магазинах, а в Турецком и Аргентинском регионе нельзя сделать больше 13 месяцев подписки за раз.
Что ж, лично для меня Xbox Game Pass с годами становится только лучше. Библиотека регулярно пополняется и подвергается ротации. Внутренние студии Microsoft потихоньку выпускают свои проекты сразу в подписку. А в скором времени, скорее всего, геймпасс ожидает одно из самых крупных пополнений за всю историю существования — закрыв сделку по приобретению Activision-Blizzard, компания начнет добавлять в каталог игры уже внутреннего издательства.
Как раз тот случай, когда и больше, и лучше.
