IEK Group выкупила российский бизнес французской компании Legrand
IEK Group приобрела российские активы французского производителя электрооборудования Legrand Group, рассказал «Ведомостям» представитель приобретателя.
Сделка охватила три производственные площадки французской компании в России, а также более 20 представительств в регионах. Юридическим сопровождением сделки занималась аудиторско-консалтинговая фирма Kept.
«Правительственная комиссия установила для бывших предприятий Legrand ключевые показатели на ближайшие три года. Суммарная выручка трех производственных площадок в 2025 г. должна составить около 8,5 млрд руб. Инвестиции IEK Group в развитие производства на данных предприятиях за три года достигнут 1 млрд руб.», – сообщили в компании.
Генеральный директор IEK Group Андрей Забелин отметил, что сделка даст импульс масштабной программе локализации продукции и дополнительным инвестициям в производство.
Группа Legrand работает на российском рынке с 1993 г. Ей принадлежали три завода в Ульяновской области. В январе 2023 г. Legrand сообщила о планах уйти с российского рынка. Компания рассматривала варианты «своевременной и упорядоченной передачи контроля» над местными активами. В 2022 г. 1,5% продаж французской компании пришлось на Россию. Из-за решения покинуть рынок РФ ожидается обесценивание активов Legrand на сумму €150 млн.

IEK GROUP is an industry expert of the international professional standards WorldSkills (WSSS/WSOS) for the Electrical Installation profession. Since 2014, the company has been developing the “Electrical installation” competency in Russia, being one of its organizers — it is on IEK® equipment that events within this competency are carried out.
